Congratulations on Making Holyoke a Better Place

Mayor Mike Sullivan invited Sandy Ward and participants in the Holyoke Consumer Health Library project to his office at 11:00am Friday September 17, 2004. Sandy thought this was all about the National Library of Medicine grant that HCHL had been awarded. About 20 minutes into the meeting, the Mayor reached behind his back and pulled out a plaque. He thanked Sandy for her volunteer efforts on behalf of Holyoke and presented this award.
